Policies & Guidelines

Service Standards

A non-refundable retainer (50%) is required to secure your date. The final balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Events booked within 7 days require full payment upfront.

Client must provide a minimum 8×8 ft space and access to a standard power outlet within 10 ft. Setup begins 1–2 hours prior to start time and is included — not counted as part of your rental hours.

A professional Luxuria attendant will be on-site at all times. Equipment is not to be touched, moved, or handled by guests. Any damage caused by misuse will be billed to the client.

Overtime is billed at $175 per hour and must be approved before the scheduled end time.

Luxuria reserves the right to pause or end service if guests are excessively intoxicated or if equipment is at risk of damage. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

Outdoor setups require a covered/shaded area and a flat, dry surface. Service may be paused due to unsafe weather conditions.

Luxuria reserves the right to use photos and videos captured for marketing purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing prior to the event.

The retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-transferable.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for weekday events and 4–8 weeks for weekend events. Peak season (May–October) can fill quickly, so earlier is always better. We require a minimum 48-hour notice for all bookings.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Cancellations made 14+ days in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Yes! All rentals include professional delivery, setup, and breakdown. Our team arrives before your event start time to ensure everything is perfectly in place. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.

Absolutely. We offer fully customizable packages combining photo booths, chairs, tables, and décor. Use our "Build a Full Event Package" option at checkout or contact us to discuss a bespoke quote tailored to your vision.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Zelle. All online payments are processed securely.

We currently serve the greater metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply for events beyond 30 miles of our home base. Contact us for out-of-market inquiries and we'll do our best to accommodate.
